Call to Order at 7:00PM CT
Opening Prayer was led by Pastor Sue
Jane made a motion to approve the June Meeting minutes. Sue seconded and the motion passed.
Old Business
Elections for 2021
President – first 2-year term

Reports
Brian – Communications team did transition of Facebook. Went well and have reached out to all who didn’t transfer.
Technology Administrator, Webmaster, 4th Day Leaders Teleconference – Do these need to be combined or stay separate. There is a short list of people who might be willing to help on the technology side.
After the AG we are planning on redoing the “Contact Us’ page.
4th day meeting happens every year the end of January with teleconference during the summer. The President, ED, and VPO attend this conference, historically. Some of the 4th day movements have continued to have weekends all along. We are the only 4th Day Ministry that uses our affiliated Religious denomination in the ministry’s name. Something for future discussion.
Jane – Annual Gathering – 181 registered to date.
Mid-Year housing – The house reserved ad cancelled for the mid-year last year will be honor the deposit placed last year that was cancelled due to Covid. It can be used for the 2021 Mid-Year although prices have increased. It will be held at Texas Lutheran University. Jim asked if we take out the budget $3000 given to the host committee last year. It was suggested that he request an itemized list of expenses from the Host committee – The next admin can make this determination on if more should be given.
Thank you to Jeanne, Rick, Karen, Randy and Marcia, Amanda for their help with pulling the Annual Gathering together.
Pastor Sue – S.D. Support Committee – Jeanne Gaston is Chair – The rest of the committee consists of Raleigh Sandy, Dawn Pipkin, Jim Dulling, Pastor Doug Givan, and Pastor Gerard Olsen
To be covered in the SD breakout session during the Annual Gathering: Review SD required skills, make a list of the most important values that come out of VdC – how does that affect the home congregations, how to get other pastors attend and become involved – what info so we need to gather from pastors.
Pastor Sue will be doing the prayer and commissioning of the Delegates at the AG and closing blessing as well.
Jim – We still have $36000+. Still waiting to see if there might be another bill for the previous web meeting usage. We have received several donations from several Secretariats.
He will discuss the new Finance Committee with the new board next week. There is a Endowment Fund in the by-laws that has never been dealt with. The Finance Committee would be helpful with this endeavor.
Jeanne – Delegates – 89 Delegates currently. We need 50% of the authorized delegates that we receive in writing.

Eric is our current Webmaster and works on the NLS Communications Team. Raised in Judaism, he found Christ and the New Testament at age 16 in a Southern Baptist Church. He searched many denominations for the real church, only to find the Holy Spirit is present in all of them. He's worked for One for Israel, a group of native Israeli believers who are sharing the gospel in the holy land in Hebrew and is part of the only Hebrew speaking seminary in Israel.
