“Return to you home, l and declare how much God has done for you.”  So he went away, proclaiming throughout the city how much Jesus had done for him.

Walking with Jesus #14

“I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now.  When the Spirit of Truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth; for he will not speak on his own, but will speak whatever he hears, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.”

Walking with Jesus #13

“Very truly, I tell you, the one who believes in me will also do the works that I do and, in fact, will do greater works than these, because I am going to the Father”

Then he led them out as far as Bethany, and, lifting up his hands, he blessed them.  While he was blessing them, he withdrew from them and was carried up into heaven.  And they worship him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy; and they were continually in the temple blessing God.

Walking with Jesus #11

“A new commandment I give to you; love one another. As I have loved you, you are to love one another.  By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Walking with Jesus #10

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you.  I do not give to you as the world gives.  Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not let them be afraid.”

Walking with Jesus #8

“My sheep hear my voice.  I know them, and they follow me.  I give them eternal life, and they will never perish.  No one will snatch them out of my hand.”

The angels said to her ‘Woman why are you weeping?’  She said to them, ‘They have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have laid him.’  When she had said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, but she did not know that it was Jesus.

Walking with Jesus #5

Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.

But our citizenship is in heaven, and it is from there that we are expecting a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. He will transform the body of our humiliation that it may be conformed to the body of his glory, by the power that also enables him to make all things subject to himself.

Walking with Jesus #3

“No one ever spoke like this man!”
