NLS Executive Committee Meeting
Monday, December 21, 2020
Call to Order- at 7:05 PM CT
Opening Prayer was led by Brian
A motion to approval of the December NLS Meeting’s Minutes was made by Debbie and seconded by Jim. The motion passed.
Old Business
New Committees – Rick has agreed to be the chair of the Technology Committee. Still looking for someone for Communications Director.
Job Manuals and New Goals – Job Manuals need to be tweaked some.
Delegate Calculation Formula Discussion – will be led by Jeanne and Brian early in 2021.
Reports
Sue – Daily prayers are going out as well as weekly devotionals. A Christmas message will be sent tomorrow.
Debbie – AG Marketing Plan – We would like to wait until March to make a decision on any talk of canceling 2021. A time line and marketing plan has been sent to the Executive Committee.
Brian – Open Positions – Communications Director (new position) and members for this committee, Non-Profit Compliance (formerly Tax Advisor), Technology Committee members, Archivist, Newsletter, and RCs 4, 5, 6 and 7. These are opportunities to look for more people that are passionate about the VdC ministry.
Jim – Nothing new going on in the finance end of the NLS. There were two secretariats that have not paid their dues- Living Stones and S Dakota.
Jeanne – Annual Activities Report – reports should go out mid-January – Jeanne will send a note to each RC with information on who the report was sent to for their region – cc Lindsay.
Nomination Forms will be revised and posted once job descriptions have been finalized.
Lindsay – Last couple of meetings have been great. Job descriptions have been discussed. Working on being more proactive.
New Business
National Ultreya – Wendy and Lindsay will try to meet in the next couple of weeks.
Website Launch – Log-in information will be sent out to the RCs and Lay Directors in January so that they can and receive and send us feedback. We will ask them to reply back within two weeks.

Eric is our current Webmaster and works on the NLS Communications Team. Raised in Judaism, he found Christ and the New Testament at age 16 in a Southern Baptist Church. He searched many denominations for the real church, only to find the Holy Spirit is present in all of them. He's worked for One for Israel, a group of native Israeli believers who are sharing the gospel in the holy land in Hebrew and is part of the only Hebrew speaking seminary in Israel.
